They don't have a Security team yet. There is a Written test in which first 10 questions don't relate to Security domain. (Unnecessary) Then there is a Technical interview with the person who himself is not fluent in English and does not have much experience, also he is not aware what to ask and speak hesitantly and asks vague questions sometimes. His pronunciation for some words are not correct so you might face difficulty to answer some questions. They have a practical test which is also vague which doesn't really have any vulnerabilities and they ask you to find in CMS based blog. They make you wait unnecessarily for a long period of time and do no call you back for the results. Unprofessional behavior.
