I was asked to attend an in person interview with the regional manger in the Chicago office . The manager told me the the job description and what would be asked if me... The initial interview was by phone, it was one of the better I have ever had as the recruiter was relaxed and confident in his process, we had natural conversation which is nice since so many other companies just rapid fire ridiculous questions that don’t make a lot of sense to the process. The recruiter was witty and engaging, I actually enjoyed talking with him.
