Applied on First Port a week after closing date i received a phone call offering me a Video interview on Teams with the area Manager, the interviewer didn't ask me anything about my previous roles or why I thought I'd be suitable or my experience, it felt like a token interview especially when I was asked if I'd be interested in any other roles either part time or in a different location. I felt like the role was already taken before my interview.

The process was smooth and completed within just over one week, with three rounds in total. It started with my background and experience. One important thing I noticed is that they pay close attention to your natural, first response in different situations, so it’s important to answer honestly and confidently rather than overthinking. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and communication was clear throughout. Overall, a very positive and well-organized experience.
