Received a recruiter reach out and initial call about a Regional Director interview which went well and was passed to two individuals for a Zoom interview. During the Zoom interview, there was basically 3 total questions which were generic at best. I asked some questions about culture and they struggled answering which was a sure warning sign. After the call, I was told next steps would be following week. Nothing...not even a form email. Upon reaching out to the recruiter, was given a follow-up day for a call to update status and that was cancelled at the last moment and then another call would be scheduled for updates. Again..ghosted without even a form letter. Highly unprofessional and speaks volumes to how this organization operates.

Interviewed with recruiter via a phone call, the recruiter was pleasant and informative. She asked questions but also gave lots of insight into the company, position, and leadership. The interview felt like a conversation and made me to want to join the organization.
