The process was easy and fairly quick.
An initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by two in-person interviews with a TD followed by someone higher up.

Smaller coding tasks and tests that determine programming skills.
It was for a junior position so not much experience was needed, they were mostly looking for motivaion, ambition, and personality match.
