First steps are submitting your documentation (resume, cover letter, etc.) then an email with 2 assessment assignments will be sent to you which need to be completed in order to proceed. After that, you would be contacted for a phone or in person interview. Consider strict time limits for the video interview assessment, and in person interview (meeting set for 1 hour only).
I had a scheduled panel interview of 3, only 2 were present. Rather than asking pointed questions regarding my provided work experiences, questions were focused on my soft skills, with few technical questions and not much time spent on technical clarifications. I regret that more difficult questions were not asked by the interviewers. Also, that I spent more time learning about their workflow and working environment rather than redirecting topics back to my wide range of experiences and contributions.
