Technical aptitude (SQL server, XML, .Net, C#, new techs),Face to face technical interview(25 mins, basics of oops, .net, C#, SQL serever, javascript, projects), Managerial face to face round( background discussion, project bit deeper, challenges faced, achievments, small algorithm).
