I was contacted through a consultant to be interviewed at Fiserv Pune office. Since I was on notice period I already told them my salary expectations to which Fiserv agreed prior calling me for the interview. I was called for the interview and I it was a very good discussion with the Product Manager. The manager told me everything is good except your salary expectations. I told her I already have an offer so I need a better offer because my current CTC is too less as per the market standards.
I told her my expectations again although I thought that she was well informed before conducting my interview. I never heard from Fiserv after that interview.
My question is "Why I was invited for the interview in the first place if they did not had the budget to hire me". I wasted time, money and energy for this interview. Who will compensate for my time.

5 interview steps. Overall good experience. The first round was fitment, second step was technical round, third round was with the cpo. Fourth round was with technical head. Fifth round was with management.

Met with recruiter, then VP then Manager all within 7 days time and received my offer same day as my final interview. Next Steps were very well communicated and no weird assessments or interview questions that do not relate to this position.

Excelente e aprovação rápida. Houve avaliação de todos os pontos de currículum e também contato com empresas anteriores.
Houve um processo inicial com gerente geral, depois um processo com RH.
Após passar na entrevista existe um processo de avaliar a veracidade dos dados de seu currículum.
