There were two phone calls from different states, The first one was basic call explaining the job description, asking how much I expect to get paid. The second one was more of a behavioral. Both of the people sounded good and nice on the phone. They both said I can contact them if I have any questions. However, I followed up with them they didn't like it.
They never informed on how much time it would take for them to respond, neither did they explain what would be the next steps. It took them 3 weeks to say NO.
I wonder where do all of these good reviews come from rating this company good.

Will offer you to apply to a position they choose. Send you to the 6 panel interview and make you feel like a perfect fit and super impressing. Then totally ghost you after. Or will have someone else (totally over qualified) apply just to get rejected at 12 am. Have them reapply, just to ghost them too.
