4 to 5 phone interviews, then an on-site interview that ran around 2.5 hours and involved speaking with 4 different people over multiple conversations. This felt like overkill, especially since with some of the people I actually had 3 separate conversations. Hiring manager was very -pleasant, but gave off a vibe of insecurity and inability to be decisive and clearly answer questions about the job, which was surprising.
