Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Fiserv
Colloquio
There were 4 rounds:
1- Online written (2 hrs test)
2- Technical Interview
3- HR Interview
4- Managerial Interview
Over all interview process was quick and experience was mostly positive. They are looking for the basics and good understanding on the implementation concepts in mainframe, as they then train you to work on their product. Questions were mostly scenario based, wherein they give you a practical situation.

Colloquio
Seemed very straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as interview questions go. But I didn't receive either a positive or negative response after the interview, and that seemed slightly unusual.
I have never in my life seen a worse company who actively does their best to ensure they waste your time and have nothing to show for it.
I was reached out to almost a year ago about an SDE role. I was told there were going to be 2 interviews (technical and final). Those two turned into four with two "we're not sure if we're going to hire for this role". I went through a significant amount of stress and constant follow ups with no end in sight. For this one job alone I had to deal with multiple recruiters. Again, I have never seen such an egregious amount of effort put in to ensure my time and hopes of getting a job are wasted. Fiserv should be ashamed but I know they wont care because of this employer advantaged market right now.

Domanda 1
Database locking, multithreading, and other concepts.
It was easy and smooth with total 3 rounds including technical, managerial and HR.
A panel of 2 were there in each of the first two rounds. Easy to crack the interview.
