Began with a phone screen from an HR recruiter in another state. Spoke with her several times. Then a screen from future potential co-worker. After "passing", went in for two group interviews. No difficult questions, most questions geared to see if you fit their group personality. Job offer not extended; informed by email from someone I'd never spoken to in HR, not the original recruiter. Strange.

There were 3 rounds. 1st round was aptitude and english cocube online test. 2nd round was managerial technical round and last round was hr round. i got the offer letter and they cancelled on the my joining date the day which i have to join the company with a lame excuse that post has been cancelled.
