Disorganized the managers and senior tech have no clue about technology. They said that there is not training and that I would have to jump in and figure out everything myself. There is no remote option for me, which was not a problem I live a few miles away. They took over a month to get back to me for a follow up second interview and still were completely disorganized. I would not work for anyone like this place.
