Several rounds of interviews 3 in fact none of which were timely. Literally several weeks apart. It didn’t seem like they really were filling the role but just testing the waters for current talent. I find that the job description are very broad in nature but wanted to focus on two areas during interview. If you are not going to hire someone with specific experience let them know after round 1. Round 3 is not a good time to say a person doesn’t have enough experience in a certain area. Proper vetting is important so you don’t waste people’s time.
