Sent my resume online and a few days later got a call from a recruiter. Scheduled a phone interview. Basic resume questions and some questions about past expereinces. Then came down for a face to face interiew. Met with recruiter again and then with head acct leads and the vp. A few days later got offered the job. The office is just a big space with a bunch of rows of tables and computers. That is the way they like it with no cubicles. so you can here everyone around you talk. overall the experience was not worth my time. seriously, after talking to everyone I interviewed with I pretty much laughed at the idea of ever wanting to work there and at that job in particular.

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.

It was a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring team basically going through my resume asking questions about it as well as some behavioral questions. It was. average difficulty overall and I made to the next interview.

Easy short phone call. Basic behavioral questions. Lots background details about Fisher that is not really needed in a first interview. The flow of the interview is weird because you go from answering questions about yourself to hearing about the pay structure of the company and then back to more questions about yourself.
