Flew me up to tour both offices. Was interviewed by 3 different employees within different departments. Pretty straight forward, never tried to trick me or anything. Pretty much gave background on myself, interests, and discussed my resume. Seems like an interesting business model. 'Open architecture' means you get moved to various positions every few years. If you do a few jobs well, will let you basically choose what you want to do.

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
