Had an employee referral from a friend from college. 3 interviews that all went really well and seemingly almost guaranteed offer. We talked about start dates and other stuff which made it seem like I would get an offer. From what I hear, this may have been a blessing in disguise because of long hours and repetitive work that requires no financial knowledge.
