Super great process, three total interviews. One phone screen, then zoom, then the last one is a phone call where they offer you the job. They just want to know about your resume and explain it in detail. Want people that are client focused and detail oriented.

The first interview is just a call to get to know you. The next two are mostly behavioral with no technical questions. They most just wanna know why you would be a good fit both personally and experience wise.
