One phone interview and two face to face interviews, both were over an hour away. I had to chase them online and through email to get an interview. I even recommended other trainers. After spending my time to come out to them to interview, they didn't even have the courtesy to provide constructive criticism or to let me know the position was filled. It felt like a good fit and I really liked the company and was excited about it. Now, I feel discouraged and ghosted.
