After applying for the position a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. However a day or so before the interview I was told that that I would be speaking to a different recruiter. After sending multiple emails to confirm with the new recruiter our time, I was informed that someone else was hired. A few weeks later I saw a new posting was placed and that same recruiter told me they decided to hire a second TAM so he scheduled a phone interview. The phone conversation went well and he decided to arrange second round phone interview with the manager. Again this interview went well in my opinion and the manager even mentioned about having me come to the office to meet with different people and the team I would work with. However about an hour after our interview, I received a rejection letter from the recruiter. I was very disappointed in how I was led on to think I had the job and all of the time that wasted in the process.
