I applied online through their website. Timeline: introductory phone call, technical phone interview, technical video interview, call with manager, onsite. I was happy with the technical questions I was asked (over the course of everything, there were a lot). I thought they were very fair and practical questions. I was extremely happy with how my onsite went. They paid for my flight, put me in a beautiful hotel (http://theenvoyhotel.com/), and took me out for a delicious lunch. At the end, they even gave me a free Fitbit as a gift! During the in person technical interviews, I was particularly impressed with how patient people were and how well they communicated.
