This was for an off-cycle internship (January-June). Received call for interview within 10 days of application through school. Interview was scheduled for the following day so there wasn't much time for preparation. Interviewers were the department heads for research (corporates). The interview was pleasant and the entire interview process was rather quick.

I applied through university and had two rounds of interview with Fitch Ratings. It's a spring intern program, Jan - Jun, so I had to get a leave of absence. The process is quite standards, one round with the HR manager, and on round with the department head that you are going to work with. Overall, it's a pretty easy interview.

Most of the questions that I was asked are "walk me through your resume" kind of questions, really very basic, some of harder questions are, tell me about your experience with financial modeling, and my take on some current affairs, etc,
