After the initial interview with the recruiter, I was supposed to have an interview with the hiring manager plus 2-3 others Directors at Fitch - but the hiring manager was 15 minutes late so we had to reschedule. The actual interview took place about a week later. While the recruiter told me to expect technical questions about the credit ratings process and methodology, all questions were behavioral and fairly straightforward.

Have an excel and writing test. Not too hard if you are familiar with excel. Then 2 interviews before getting a decision. Process is pretty straight forward and people are nice enough.

I interviewed in 3 steps. the first one was with Recruiter which was smooth and about my interest in Fitch ratings and why I want to leave my current job. Then the second step was with an Analyst and the third one was with an Senior Analyst and a Senior Director. All interviews went really well as it was very much aligned with my background and experience. However, despite my 3 time follow ups with recruiter and Senior Director, I heard nothing, even my application in the profile is still showing Assessments after 2 month of my latest interview. They had to at least have the decency and respect my time and send me an email of rejection. Overall, I think the culture of this company is very much like how they treat you in interview process. very disrespectful.
