It included initial calls, online assessments, and face-to-face sessions. The final step involved reference checks, leading to either a job offer or constructive feedback.

Simple phone screening, nothing substantial. It felt a bit casual and there was no indication of what the next steps were. I never got an offer and asked for feedback and never got it.
