The manager asking questions was nice and worked with my schedule. While I could land the job, because of unforeseen events, I could not work there two years back. However, the other associates I met were helpful and would be a good place for teens to work.

The interview was easy just be charismatic and be able to talk a little bit about your work experiences. You don't need to practice for this interview since there are no technical questions.

Quick and easy - I did a phone screen and then was invited in to speak further. Was offered the position quickly and was able to start quickly as well.
