Interviewed with employee and then with the manager. Both very friendly. Asked questions about myself and why I wanted to work there. Offered a job after interviewing with the manager.
You will be interviewed by the manager at the restaurant. He’ll ask basic questions to make sure that you are responsible and have common sense. Then they give you a tour of the restaurant, the kitchen, the dumpster outback

They asked me what is my background and what made me want to join Five Guys Burgers. It was a pretty standard interview process. I had to showcase some of my skills during a 5 min presentation.

Very succinct and to the point. Clearly read my resume and asked questions based off of what I wrote in the resume as well as the application so that was good.
