Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Five Guys (Phoenix, AZ) nel mese di giu 2014
Colloquio
I walked in and asked if there were openings and was handed an application, told to come back for on-site interviews. The interviewer seemed really friendly, but really intense about seeking out the qualifications he wanted in a potential employee. He didn't sugarcoat just how much energy and devotion you need to have to work at a Five Guys and asked many typical interview questions. At the end of maybe a 30 minute conversation, he told me I would be on a waiting list and directed me to a location that was way too far away for me to commute to on a regular basis - apparently that location needed employees far more than the one I actually wanted to work at. It was very off-putting

Domanda 1
The question that was most difficult was probably: "What is the most difficult situation you have faced in a position of leadership and how did you handle it?"

Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
A telephone call- asking if you handle pressure well and an example. Then asks the previous skills you bring from ur previous job, and what makes you stand out. Then an inperson interview with one question about customer service, and a 30 minute ‘day in the life’ where u cut some peppers and jalapenos
