Applied in September for an open teller position. Received a call in October from the recruiter who was very friendly. I had been job searching and interviewing different places for a few months, and just after one phone call talking to the recruiter I had a feeling Five Star is where I wanted to end up being. The recruiter was very up front and honest about the position, its pay and benefits, and what they could do for me. We set up a phone interview and I was asked some typical customer service based questions which were very simple to answer. The same day as my phone interview I received a call from the branch manager to set up an in person interview that same week, and by the end of the week I was offered a position. I was thoroughly impressed with the interviewing and hiring process.
