Had two calls with a non technical employee, one phone and the other video. Basically asked about my background and experience. The follow up video screening call was a little longer (15-20 mins). Asked me about my experience again, salary expectations, permission to run a background check, any planned leaves in the future and my willingness to relocate to which I replied 'yes.' The call ended by him telling me that he would forward my resume to the technical and would get back. 1 week went by and no answer. I sent a follow up email but no response ever since.
