Submitted my resume online and went through a phone screen, in person interview with the person I’d be reporting to, and then a meet the team interview. The whole process took over a month because people kept going out of office. After the meet the team interview I followed up 2 weeks later as I hadn’t heard anything and the HR rep was out of office again. After a week I heard back from them that they were still interviewing and I’d hear back. Over a month has gone by and no confirmation one way or another. The whole process has been rather troublesome. If someone makes it through multiple interviews you should have the courtesy to tell them if they got the position or not. During the actual interviews most of the people were just reading off a sheet of paper.

A number of introductory phone calls between HR, folks who would be colleagues, and ultimately the direct supervisor for the position. Only HR calls were formal interview-style in nature. Other calls were informal a more get-to-know-you sessions.
