Applied online, then a recruiter reached out to me and told me she was interested in moving forward. Came in person to do an interview and heard back with an offer.

There was two interviews one with a recruiter over the phone and one with a manager in person. Background check does take a while for them to clear couple of steps like having to go in person to get your identification scanned.
