After the interview I was sent to get my fingerprints done, needed three references, and had to prepare a lesson plan to do with a class for 30 minutes or so. After the classroom display I sat with the site manager and went over my skills and how I would be an assist to the company. I was then asked what shift would I prefer to work morning or afternoon. I was under the assumption at that time it was full-time work but with no benefits. They basically hired a morning and afternoon counselor for each camp class.
