Absolutely the worst interview process I have ever had to experience. The whole process took more than a month. 3 interviews. First with HR. Second and third with two different managers. This whole company has a big communication problem. Both managers talk really aggressive - barking difficult questions on you through skype. I answered almost all of them right but seriously? Asking calculate from your head over skype? And also almost all the questions are not related to your job. Some of them are completely ridiculous such as If I make a hole in this paper.... I mean any question that starts like that is just stupid. Every interview I had was canceled because manager had a ,,meeting´´ - this happened two times. But they do not call you or tell you that until you sit and wait for the call. Actually they never call you. They don´t use a telephone at all. Always write you only emails, even if they cancel, so unless you are checking your email every 10s good luck. I had to call and write them on my own so many times just to remind them to give me a feedback. Literally the worst communication ever. They are really cost oriented. The salary is one big joke. I had a better salary when working during my studies on university. They are keep telling you how they pay a rent for you etc. but they actually force you to live with a roommate in some flat of their choice. You have no chance to live on your own because if you choose, they will not give you the difference in salary. So you either live in the flat of their choice with a roommate or you cannot afford a flat on your own. Benefits are joke, This is EU everycompany is paying health insurence for you. That is not a benefit. The discussion about salary is absolutely impossible. They will not raise your salary not even for 10 EUR. You have absolutely no chance to make any deal about that, but they want experienced employees with knowledge for a salary lowest in this industry I have ever encountered. Really shows how employees are just numbers and the care is one big ZERO. 6 months trial period and 1 year contract. Anyway I have received the offer for a job, but declined. This is something I would take as an intership not a full time job.
