So far, I have taken an online assessment which required sorting through patient records to identify certain attributes regarding a cancer diagnosis. They give 120 minutes to complete the assessment.

Informal and relaxed interview but very professional. It was meant to introduce the company and what you should expect aside from getting to know you as a candidate. It was short and informative.
After application there was a computer test and a clinical skills test which is meant to find those with adequate oncology terminology competency. If you pass the tests then you could be granted an interview with another oncology abstractor.
