It is very low-key. Simply email the owner or manager and they will get in touch with you to schedule an interview. There were two interviews, the first one being the most important as they want to get a personal take on who they're interviewing. Many questions were based around the resume and how that can relate to selling shoes.The second one was mainly to confirm an average work week, etc.
