Really laid back interview. Discussed specifics of position and talked about past experience. Really welcoming and felt like a good environment with other happy employees. Didn’t feel high pressure but you can tell they care about their store and the line of work they are in. They want to make sure they have the best team they can.

Short and sweet. Usually with the manager and then the owner. Lasted about 30 minutes. They really wanted to know if you were able to be a normal human being and connect to the people shopping there.

It was a 30 min general conversation about my background, interest in running, and why I'm interested in the position. I was not tested on shoe knowledge. I think showing interest in the sport and helping people are the most important aspects.
