Initial call was a phone screen with an internal recruiter. The recruiter was courteous and asked insightful questions about my background. I was told that I would hear back in a few days regarding next steps. I felt the phone screen went really well, so I was surprised to not get an update either way. I sent a follow up e-mail to the recruiter asking for any updates, but unfortunately never heard back. I always appreciate when I hear back regardless of whether the company chooses to move forward or not.
