The hiring process as I experienced first-hand was very professional and my eligibility for the job of a Consultant at Fleishman's Mumbai office was assessed step-by-step. HR was very helpful, always reachable and answered all my queries very politely. I had a telephone interview with the Senior Vice President of the agency and later he invited me for a 1:1 interview at the Mumbai office. It was like a regular discussion and I did not feel nervous at all. He explained my profile and role at the company so systematically, writing everything down. I was really impressed.
