First you speak with an HR representative for a screening call where you're asked your salary range, job expectations, and geographic preferences. Then, you proceed with a number of interviews with staff in the office you're interviewing for. A writing test may be involved for junior level staff.

They were friendly and asked good questions. I met two people, one a VP and one an SVP. They talked as much as they asked questions about the work and the culture. Questions were pretty typical. Next step is a writing test.

Was super standard. Spoke with a recruiter then an initial team member, then the business leader, then multiple people in 1.5 hour interview then another leader. Overall, it was cumbersome and there was lack of communication and response from the manager (not HR, he was great).

The HR representative with whom I did my initial screening was awesome. I love that she also had a background in the role I was applying for, this shows the strategic initiative on FH's part to ensure their recruiters truly understand the business and talent they are hiring.
