Interview process was long, drawn out and included psychometric testing. Interviews were well structured and thorough but quite repetitive. Same questions and conversations just different people involved. Despite making it clear up front what my background and skill set were I think they eventually realised they needed something different which was annoying having invested a considerable amount of time in the process.
