Approached by Alison who was wonderfully helpful throughout the entire procedure. She clearly explained the benefits of Fletchers and allowed me sufficient time to consider them before deciding an interview would be worthwhile. The interview took place remotely with both Alison and Emma in attendance. They were extremely kind and informative during what was a difficult period of decisions for myself.
