1. HR Recruiter e-mails me to schedule a phone screening, she disappears off face of Earth for 3 weeks.
2. After I send two follow-up e-mails, I get a phone call out of the blue to schedule me for an interview 24 hours later with the hiring manager.
3. The hiring manager asks me like 2 questions and says I'd be a good fit.
4. Immediately I get a HR phone call scheduling me for a final interview at 8am the next morning.
5. Final interview had just hiring manager & his boss. Where they just asked about my work experience. Didn't ask me any questions about the industry or "Tell me a time you [...]".
6. Get an automated e-mail rejecting me a week later.

3 total rounds...did great on all 3 but in the end never a single response and was told no by an automated bot, not even a real HR contact. Would be more respectful if they would've reached out and let me know personally after taking up all of that time to interview.

Tell me about a RCCA and how it was used in current role
Fueron solo tres entrevistas diferentes, la primera por teléfono y muy simple y las demás ya más técnicas pero solo preguntaron experiencia y formación académica. No duraron mucho tiempo, fueron de menos de 40 minutos
good, with no issue, smootly and correct, positive feedback about the company located here in Timisoara. 3 steps with different managers from differente depts, like HR, IE, process. the period i would say the was between 4-6 weeks
