This interview process has 3rounds 1. Techno managerial round 2.client interview ( technical) 3.HR It's a very late process and the HR s actually very confusing . For every small question or a doubt u ask to HR they take lot of time to revert back, and cmng to the interview The first round is completely based on my previous experience and projects listed in the resume . And some basic questions on machine learning and statistics , went for around 30mins . Interviewer is happy and cleared it, Then hr said u will have a client interview in 2 days .. I waited for call then but asusual got a call after a week and then after a week interview happened (Skype) it's a panel interview - panel of 3.. this went for 45 mins there was some language barrier because of speed of speech( they are from China) - but finally I answered most of the questions they asked and they are happy gave a good feedback. Then after some 2weeks , the first interviewer called me and said you have did well and cleared the interview process you will get a call from HR for joining letter / offer letter in a couple of days. But it's already more than 4weeks and I didn't get any call from HR. Disclosure : in the earlier discussions with HR , when I said notice period of 2months , she is like what 2months can you join early we have an urgent requirement.., so even I thought like it's a very urgent role. So guys never fall for these kind of words from HR.
