CV screening by 3rd party recruiter. Then being contacted by recruiting consultant to discuss my CV and experience. This took about 2 weeks. Then invited for an on-site interview with the line manager and MD. Instead of educational background, relevant experience they were more interested in my personal attributes. Was showed around the factory and had a look their existed products. Entire session took 2-3hrs. After a week then received a call from agent said an offer had been made.
