It was a one-way video interview on Spark Hire. I had time to prepare the answers and then record them. If I was not satisfied with the video, I was able to re-take the video for that particular question. The length of each video was strickly 1 min max

it is a one way interview and every question only given one minute to be answered, for some topic such as is almost impossible. Not sure way the did that.

Sending an email to the company and then received a link for the interview. Recording the video yourself and you can retake until you are satisfied with your performance. No need to talk with the interviewer.
