I have read some of the reviews at Glassdoor before I starting my process with the company but unfortunately, I have the same experience as many people mentioned here. Their recruiter people act like "they are the busiest ppl around the world and your time and background is invaluable" I have been following the company since they entered the industry and got huge disappointed! Very unprofessional recruiting team. Here is the process; The recruiter contacted me via email and asked me to set a date for a phone screen interview via using his attached calendar. I did it. when the date and time came I was at home by my computer but no one called me. Then after 20 minutes received an email from the recruiter who said he could not make it and would like to set another time via the same method. The only availability was after 2 weeks from the day I was expecting a call. Anyways I picked the first available date and time again and He called me late ( at least he did it this time) and run into my interview very fast with below questions. I am not disappointed about why he did not carry me on another level but about how a recruiter makes you feel "your time, background, and future plan is not valuable". Hope to come across with more enthusiastic and professional recruiters..
