There was a recorded Video Interview first with 4 (?) questions. Followed by Phone Screen with the recruiter; talked about pay and location. Then there was a remote Interview. It was a three week process.
I applied online. Received an email to do a digital interview where you send in clips of you answering four behavioral questions. Not sure how well they can get to know you off of this, or how well you can showcase yourself to a computer screen. Waste of time.

Interview is very chill where the interviewer just talk casually and ask basic questions. Flexports’ purpose of interview are more to get to know each other rather than “casual” scary and demanding interview.
