      HR did not inform the candidate of the final decision after many rounds of interviews (5 rounds if including the HR screening interview). It is very disappointing as candidates invested so much time and effort to prepare and attend the interview.

      Start-up DNA is still in, no matter what speed you are growing at. So as the sketchy hiring process, all understandable. However, the level of unprofessionalism and disingenuousness here was not accountable only by being a start-up. Doing the on-site interview, the first 3 interviewers were okay; nothing impressive and mediocre at their best. Then here came the 4th interviewer who asked a lot of product development and management questions. Clearly, he was not prepared for the interview at all (despite the meeting was scheduled a week ago) and you can tell from the ‘put-together’ questions that he was asking. Inexperience to say the least! He was completely ‘out’ in the middle of me explaining hard about my past experiences. Trying to get him onboard again was an effort in vain. What is most unprofessional about him was that he tried to rush me out at the end of my half hour with him. REALLY?! Hilarious! You are not only unprofessional but also not a good person after all. Advice to all viewers who might want to give a shot at any position available at this company – save your time and avoid at all cost. There might be some part which is good about the company hence the high score here, but lots else do not deserve that high score at all.
