Initial steps were fine and unmemorable. The hiring manager interview, however, was where it fell off. The hiring manager was clearly super uninterested and did not want to be speaking with me. He hadn't prepared any questions and initially just asked me "who have you spoken to so far?" and "what have you talked about with other interviewers?" - clearly meaning he didn't even take a look over my profile prior to interviewing me. It just seemed very lazy. He also was very nitpicking about all my answers... just was not an inviting experience that did not make me want to work for this person.
