I have no complaints about the interview process at all! I was contacted through email about the opportunity after applying through Craigslist and set up a time for a 15 min phone interview. Interviewer was very polite and kind. After I passed the phone interview I was asked to send in a writing sample. I received a call no more than 2 days later inviting me in for an interview where I first met with the hiring manager for about 5 min, then I spoke with the Vice President of People and Training and after that the CEO. The whole process took about maybe 30-40 min.
